We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative in Lafayette. Successful candidates will have experience as with healthcare terminology in a call center setting. This is a contract role with a possibility to go permanent. Shift is Monday thru Friday 10a-7p. Pay is around $16 per hour.
- Receive and respond to all telephone or written correspondence from customers within established timeframes
- Assist members with plan benefits via telephone, in writing, in person or make referral to outreach representative as appropriate
- Document in the computer system all customers' issues and resolution
- May coordinate member transportation
This is a contract position that will last 3+ months with the possibility of going permanent. Great opportunity with a great company. $16/hour. Monday through Friday position (with the possibility of an occasional Saturday) and hours will range from 10:00am - 7:00pm.
