Location: Lafayette, LA

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary, 6-month assignment

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are hiring a Cash Application Specialist / Concur Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will apply customer payments accurately, support the SAP Concur expense system, and keep utility invoices flowing to processing on time. What You'll Do

Cash Application

• Apply customer payments to accounts receivable accurately and on time
• Post, reconcile, and research cash receipts to keep customer account balances correct
• Work with Credit & Collections and Invoicing teams to resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash
• Communicate with customers to clear up payment questions

Concur Administration

• Administer, maintain, and support the SAP Concur expense management system
• Process expense reports accurately and check them for policy compliance
• Handle system configuration and reporting
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders on expense processes

Utility Invoices

• Retrieve utility invoices from various providers daily
• Make invoices available for processing on time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years of experience processing accounts receivable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Comfortable with database applications (such as MS Access) and receivables software
• Good customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• SAP experience
