DESCRIPTION

The Seasonal Review Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining order accuracy and quality during peak production periods. This position is responsible for reviewing and processing a high volume of incoming seller orders, ensuring that artwork, personalization details, product information, and customer requests are accurate and properly reflected in the company's integrated order management system before moving into production and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable. This role requires the ability to quickly learn internal systems, identify discrepancies, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to accuracy are essential to maintaining efficient workflows and preventing costly production errors. The ideal candidate is available to work Wednesday through Sunday 8am-5pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to efficiently review and process a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies in artwork, personalization details, product information, and customer instructions before orders advance to production.
• Proficiency with computer-based systems, order management platforms, and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design software, with the ability to review digital artwork, recognize formatting issues, and make basic design adjustments preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate the company's integrated CRM, order management system, and internal software.
• Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and efficiency while managing repetitive tasks and competing priorities.
• Ability to follow established procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new processes, troubleshoot issues, and adjust to changing operational demands.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with multiple departments during peak seasonal periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in e-commerce, order processing, quality assurance, fulfillment, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, digital artwork, or design review is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems or order management software preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to accurately review digital artwork, text, and order details.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
