THE ROLE

We're hiring a dynamic and driven inside sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for selling motivated leads to roofers/roofing companies, managing their pipeline, and serving as a key point of contact in our customer journey.

This is more than just a sales role, as you'll be the first impression of Property Leads. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. You should be passionate about helping people succeed and eager to grow within a fast-moving organization.

What you'll do:

• Achieve monthly revenue targets via a combination of call lists and individual prospecting/hunting. You will sell premium lead solutions to roofers nationwide. You will be responsible for the amount a new roofing customer deposits upon sign up and quantity of customers.
• Communicate with roofers via phone to discuss Property Leads value proposition and product offering.
• You will have a minimum of 3 hours per day of talk time.
• Overcoming objections and negotiating solutions while building trust with roofers to understand their needs.
• Effectively demonstrate the value of Property Leads products via written communication (email/text), phone calls, online demos and presentations to individuals and occasionally teams.
• Create an effective handoff to Property Leads Onboarding and Customer Success teams to complete a great customer experience.
• Consistently look for new ways to grow and develop both professionally and personally.

To join our team, you'll need:

• 2+ years of commission sales experience
• 2+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate or lead generation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and collaborative with a strong sense of accountability
• Self-aware and heavy emphasis on constant self-improvement

Technical & Physical Requirements

• Listen and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day
• High-speed internet connection

Benefits & Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000 per year
• Uncapped commission
