Required Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable, current experience driving a cargo van
• Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• A willingness to learn and grown with our company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience including forklift operation.
• Knowledge off HVAC and truckload logistics a plus.
• Highschool diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Looking for a Cool Job in a fast paced environment with a dynamic team representing the industry leaderin HVAC equipment? The Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the inventory of the warehouseand daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials. The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, process,dispatch, and deliver/transport products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesaleHVAC distributorships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Assist with delivering and transporting HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise.
• Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manger.
• Responsible for daily checklist of of truck and forklift maintenance and reporting in/out times withmerchandise returns.
• Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device.
• Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and/or requisitions to determine items to bemoved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customertraffic.
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties asassigned.
