We are looking for someone to run our South Louisiana/South Shore Territory. We are hiring motivated individuals for an Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative position. We work with Businesses in Louisiana helping them provide financial solutions to a lot of problems that business owners face today. We find that will allow them to find areas of opportunity with their finances and also employee retention long term. No prior sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training focused on business development, communication, leadership, and professional sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their value proposition
• Create and execute on a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to generate new business
• Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close
