Administrative Coordinator 2

The mission of the Acadiana Area Human Services District is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Acadiana who have behavioral health and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

The Administrative Coordinator 2 position is responsible for providing administrative support functions to clients as well as to professional staff of the Tyler Behavioral Health Clinic. We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team. Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will function as a member of an administrative support staff team

  • Providing an array of administrative support functions to clients as well as to professional staff of the Tyler Behavioral Health Clinic.
  • Admissions and Financial interviewer
  • Switchboard Operator
  • Receptionist.

Position – Specific Details:

Location: Acadiana Area Human Services District –Tyler Behavioral Health Clinic in Lafayette, LA

Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
