FieldBridge is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Rayne, LA to work for one of the world's largest oilfield services companies. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $22/hour | Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts. Great OT opportunity available. At 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,144 gross.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to handle and manage chemical products and containers in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment in Rayne, LA. In this role, you will operate a forklift to move and stage chemical inventory, follow blending procedures and process batch instructions, and ensure all operations meet safety and quality standards. This is a high-movement role requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload chemical containers and freight safely and efficiently
  • Stage and accurately identify chemical products throughout inventory
  • Follow blending procedures and process batch instructions in accordance with established quality standards
  • Adhere to all safety and quality metrics at all times and maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
  • Perform basic documentation and inventory tracking using computer systems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months of related warehouse or industrial experience
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds regularly
  • Basic math skills and basic computer proficiency for documentation and inventory tracking
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and communicate effectively in writing
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
