The Die Striking department is responsible for manufacturing and preparing a variety of die-struck offerings, including earring backs, stone settings, stampings, and ring shanks. A substantial portion of the products produced in Die Striking are items utilized as components typically assembled to create a finished piece of jewelry.
The position of Die Striking Operator is responsible for processing components and end item jewelry products utilizing manual and semi-automated equipment like manual kick/screw presses, mechanical presses, and finish tumblers. This role involves handling copious quantities of precious metal, ultra-lightweight components, and requires keen attention to detail.
