The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services (AVPES) serves as a senior leader within the Division of Student Success and provides strategic leadership for the University's enrollment operations and student-facing administrative services. The AVPES is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing comprehensive enrollment service strategies that enhance recruitment, admissions processing, registration, student aid delivery, student records management, orientation, dual enrollment, academic advising, student support services, and customer service excellence. The AVPES works collaboratively across academic and administrative units to support the University's enrollment, retention, persistence, and graduation goals while ensuring a seamless student experience from prospect through graduation and leading into employment. The Associate Vice President reports directly to the Vice President for Student Success.

As a key member of the Division of Student Success leadership team, the AVPES will help position the University as Louisiana's premier student-centered public research institution.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications - Doctoral Degree from an accredited institution with preference given to background in higher education, educational leadership, business administration, public administration or related field. Seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in enrollment management, student services, higher education administration, or a related field. Preference given for experience at the AVP or Vice President level. Demonstrated experience managing complex administrative operations. Experience supervising professional staff and managing budgets. Knowledge of enrollment management principles, student information systems, and higher education regulations. Ability to travel, work nights and weekends as necessary.
