Fabrication Shop Hand | Up to $1,330+ w/OT WEEKLY! Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Savard Personnel Group is seeking a shop hand for a shop in Scott, LA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and is willing to assist wherever needed in the shop. Key requirements:

• Previous fabrication shop experience required
• Prepare structural steel for painting and apply industrial coatings using an airless paint sprayer
• Previous airless paint sprayer experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Experience using grinders, drills, hand tools, and power tools
• Must know how to read a tape measure
• Must be willing to learn and take direction
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Shifts: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM start time Overtime and Saturdays required as needed Average of 40 - 60 hours weekly Duration: Temp to Hire
