LOOM OPERATOR – NOW HIRING! Temp-Hire

Ready to work, earn steady hours, and learn valuable manufacturing skills? We're hiring Loom Operators in Crowley, LA for a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and ready to be part of a hardworking team!

Pay: $12.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor industrial loom equipment
• Keep machines running smoothly and efficiently
• Load materials and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Identify basic machine or production issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Skills and Experience

• Reliable and ready to work a 4:00 AM start time
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Safety-minded and dependable
• Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus
• Willing to learn — loom experience is a plus, but strong candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply!
