Quick Lube Manager

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Lube department. As the Quick Lube Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an efficient, positive work environment while maintaining high standards of excellence, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Lead, coach, and develop Quick Lube technicians to ensure exceptional performance and team work.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quick Lube department.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality oil changes and preventative maintenance services.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Help achieve department sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

What we are looking for in a Top Quick Lube Manager?

Who thrives here?

• Must be 21 or older
• Must have valid Driver's License and clear Driving Record
• Previous experience in automotive service required
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of oil changes, fluid services, filters, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
