Welders

Acadiana Area | Pay DOE | Full-Time

We are hiring experienced welders for multiple opportunities throughout the Acadiana area. Openings may include shop, fabrication, structural, pipe, vessel, industrial, and field welding positions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, or other required processes.
• Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications.
• Fit, assemble, and weld metal components.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous welding experience required.
• Experience may include structural, pipe, vessel, fabrication, production, aluminum, stainless steel, or carbon steel welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols preferred.
• Must be able to pass a weld test when required.
• AWS, ASME, 3G, 4G, or 6G certifications are a plus.
• Must be dependable and safety-focused.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Schedule:

Schedules vary depending on the position and employer. Day, night, overtime, and weekend shifts may be available.

Pay:

Pay depends on experience, welding process, certifications, and position. Starts at $22/Hr.
