Location: Lafayette, LA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday (Working Saturdays once per month from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

• Must have heavy cash handling experience (Ex. bank teller, casino cashier, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain contractor payment records accurately and timely
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, contractors, and/or field personnel as needed
• Operate truck scale system, including weighing inbound and outbound loads and maintaining related documentation
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for operational activities
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers, vendors, and contractors professionally
• Perform data entry and general clerical duties
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing company records
• Support office staff with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork and reporting
• Work closely with operations and management teams to support daily workflow
• Handle additional administrative duties and responsibilities as they arise
