Each project follows a simple, predictable rotation:21 days on the road → 7 days at home → repeatWhen your rotation ends, we fly you home at our expense and fly you back when it's time to return. Your truck stays parked at a secure project site while you're away — and no one else drives it while you're gone.When one project wraps up, you're paid deadhead miles to get to the next one.
