Senior Logistics Operations Specialist

Bex is a digital logistics platform for the construction industry. We are active throughout Germany and are continuing on a growth and expansion course. Would you like to be part of a dynamic company that is becoming the new standard for last-mile construction logistics? Then we need your support as a Senior Logistics Operations Specialist.

Over 250 delivery partners with vehicles from cargo bikes to three-axle cranes with cranes are daily on the road in Germany for us. As part of the Operation Control Center (OCC) you support the Head of Operations, ensure timely deliveries, resolve open questions of our delivery partners and bring our services to the road with the help of modern IT support.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring and managing the smooth operation of daily business
• Coordinating and monitoring time-critical deliveries on the last mile
• Distributing open delivery orders to our delivery partner network
• Customer-oriented solution of short-term and complex delivery inquiries
• Active participation in the development, optimization and automation of processing processes

Qualifications

• Completed logistics study or completed training in logistics
• 3-5 years of experience in disposition and operational transport control
• Friendly demeanor and good communication with delivery partners and customers
• Reliability, hands-on mentality and assertiveness
• Experience in using logistics software
• Fluent German in speech and writing, basic English knowledge
