Job Description

Administrative / Accounting Assistant Up to $880 WEEKLY Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Seeking experienced Administrative/Accounting Assistants to support a busy office. Candidates should have strong accounting, administrative, and customer service experience and be able to work with minimal training in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements: previous experience in administrative, accounting, or office support. Manage high-volume emails, phone calls, and provide excellent customer service. Process invoices, vendor purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile accounts accurately. Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, including monthly vendor reports. Experience with QuickBooks or Sage Peachtree accounting software. Proficient in Microsoft Word; experience with PowerPoint is a plus. Assist with basic website updates or website maintenance (preferred). Maintain organized records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented attitude. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Shifts: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM 1 hr lunch (unpaid) Duration: Temp to Hire
