This position is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, writing accurate repair estimates, and working directly with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process.The ideal candidate has experience in collision estimating, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicles and assess collision damageCreate accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex preferred)Communicate with customers about repair timelines and expectationsWork with insurance companies to submit and negotiate estimates and supplementsCoordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair proceduresTrack job progress and update customers as neededMaintain organized records of all estimates and repairsRequirementsExperience as an auto body estimator or in collision repair (preferred)Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and partsFamiliarity with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, etc.)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedValid driver's licenseCompensationCompetitive pay based on experienceBonus opportunities based on performanceFull-time positionAbout UsG & H Collision Center is committed to providing high-quality collision repairs and excellent customer service.
