Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedules and coordinates onboarding activities as assigned.
Coordinates training initiatives in partnership with executive management and mid-level management and the Training Operations Manager.
Partners with other departments to identify new learning and development training opportunities.
Handles special projects, as requested, in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the development and training of eRx platforms amongst business leaders.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree preferred or 3 years equivalency in the field of Training, Talent Development, or Instructional Technology.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.
Working Conditions:
