Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs Lead Asset & Inventory Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing the product line asset utilization and inventory levels. This will include creating and implementing utilization strategies that are aligned to the OFS headquarter materials management strategies.In this role, you'll also be responsible for:Ensuring OFS inventory and asset policies and processes are implemented and being followedMonitoring inventory levels and works to ensure the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business such that monthly and annual inventory goals are metReviewing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involves other functional groups to reduce SMI risk.Working with materials planner to create the netted demand planDeveloping and implementing stocking strategies for local providersPhasing in new product inventory and develop plans for effectively managing replaced inventoryWorking with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured and delivery times are aligned to the businessWorking with the material planners to ensure new assets, repaired assets and spares are captured with the S&OP processWorks across countries and regions to ensure assets are available to meet customer needs.Develops spare parts distribution strategies to support the asset repairsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experienceHave experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and managementHave a deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionalityHave the ability to work with and influence stakeholdersWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
