Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally.Listen to customer concerns and document service requests accurately.Create and manage repair orders for maintenance and light repair services.Recommend manufacturer-required maintenance and additional services when appropriate.Communicate repair status updates to customers.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.Review completed work with customers and explain charges.Process customer payments and close repair orders.Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.Assist in achieving departmental sales and customer satisfaction goals.Follow all dealership, Ford, and safety policies and procedures.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous customer service, automotive, or sales experience preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer proficiency.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Familiarity with Dealertrack/Xtime preferredPhysical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
