Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance related experience including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call out time on a rotating basis is required.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesApartment make ready process for vacant unitsCompletion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvementsAppliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, carpentry, locks and sheetrock maintenance and repair dutiesProperty and vacant unit inspectionsUse of basic hand tools and power toolsAssist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and securedPerform preventative maintenance tasks as neededAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 1 year of apartment/multi‑family experienceMinimum 2 years of maintenance specific experienceCustomer service orientedStrong interpersonal and communication skills+BenefitsVintage Realty Company provides a competitive benefits & compensation package.
