This role is critical to ensuring our programs have the tools, equipment, and materials they need to serve the community effectively. This is more than a warehouse role – it's an opportunity to directly support programs that serve individuals and families across our community.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory OperationsManage and oversee the check‑in/check‑out process for equipment and materialsTake ownership of the inventory system, including developing and improving inventory processesMaintain accurate inventory records in accordance with established proceduresTrack inventory levels and conduct regular (weekly) inventory audits and verificationReceive, store, organize, label, and distribute inventory for CCA programsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all timesEquipment, Tools & Vehicle OversightOperate forklifts, box trucks, and other vehicles as needed to support programsOversee routine maintenance and general upkeep of warehouse tools, equipment, and machineryEnsure tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly stored and ready for useProvide logistical, vehicle, and physical support to other programs as neededCollaboration & SupportWork closely with program staff to meet logistical and inventory needsSupport a culture of safety, accountability, and teamworkAdapt to additional responsibilities as organizational needs evolveMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment aligned with organizational standardsPerform other duties as assignedJob QualificationsPrevious experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics requiredExperience operating forklifts, box trucks, or similar vehicles preferredFamiliarity with tools and equipment strongly preferredExperience with Salesforce a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexible, adaptable, and comfortable handling varied responsibilitiesJob SpecificationsHeavy: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
