Must be able to read and follow instructions.Training and Experience: Position requires six months of technical training in facility maintenance or two years experience in skilled trades, i.e., carpentry, plumbing, electronics, heating/cooling. Skills, trade or aptitude for mechanics.Job Knowledge: Basic knowledge of facility maintenance.4.
