Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on working experience on Salesforce Platform.
- May provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Takes ownership of the code review process to ensure quality
- Upholds and enforces technical standards and industry best practices
- Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Participates actively in Agile ceremonies, including Story Pointing and Planning
- Drives the end-to-end technical lifecycle: contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment
- Creates proofs of concept to assess new products and integration methods
- Supports the presentation of sprint demos
- Supports the identification and resolution of system defects
- Documentation of technical solutions to include Security, Objects definitions and Automation components
Key Skills:
- Configuration using Objects, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Dynamics Actions & Forms, List Views, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules.
- Configuration of Security Model - Sharing rules, Permission sets, Profiles, Permission Set groups, Role hierarchies, Public groups etc.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automated logic such as Flows and Triggers.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git, DevOps Platform like Copado, Salesforce CLI, and Deployments.
- Hands-on experience with integration using Rest API.
- Beginner level hands on experience with Agentforce (should have achieved Agentforce Champion status)
- Configure Experience cloud based portals.

Pay Range:
63,275.00 - 93,663.00 USD annually
This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
