Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center was founded in the market over 70 years ago. In 2011 a completely new state of the art hospital was constructed. Encompassing 45 acres as the largest building project in the history of Lafayette.

- Nearly 400 beds within our facilities:
- 189 bed, main campus featuring a 24 bed Closed ICU, 28 bed Intermediate Care Unit;
- 36 bed Heart campus;
- 150 Women's and Children's campus with a soon to be developed 7 bed ICU
- Facility equip with EBUS, navigation bronchoscopy, cryotherapy and thermoplasty capabilities.
