HR Business Partner MB Vans Operations

These challenges come to you:

• Support in various projects for the cultural transformation of MB Vans
• Contribute to the development of new concepts for organizational development
• Exciting project work, possibly in close cooperation with other interfaces
• Support the team leader with various organizational tasks within the team (e.g., preparation of workshops, team days, etc.)
• Creation and maintenance of files in MS Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., statistics, overviews, and communication documents)
• Support of personnel planning and data analysis for VAN Operations

The activity can start in early August 2026.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Engagement and team capability
• Analytical mindset and strategic working method
• Creativity and enthusiasm for new things

Please note that your internship at this location must have a prescribed compulsory component.
