We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll processing and administer employee benefits for our growing organization. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting benefits enrollment and employee questions. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain payroll records, deductions, and tax compliance Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations Assist with annual open enrollment Maintain benefits records and ensure accurate payroll deductions Coordinate with benefits providers and assist employees with benefit questions We offer a competitive salary and a professional, supportive work environment.
