NOV - - Responsibilities: Interface with relevant departments to understand NOV products and how they operate safely; Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on NOV products; Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers; Communicate field failures and feedback to appropriate departments; Complete and submit field service documentation promptly
