**Role Overview****Sodexo** is seeking a Chef Manager for a healthcare account overseeing food, housekeeping and linen distribution.**Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center** is comprised of a main hospital with 200-beds, Women's and Children's Hospital with 110 beds plus 50 NICU beds and aHeart Hospital with 30 beds located in **Lafayette, LA** . Lourdes is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, which is the largest locally owned, not-for-profit health system in Louisiana.**What You'll Do**+ Monitor all HACCP and Sanitation processes and Ecosure Readiness+ Manager of the FMS food platform+ Provides direction for all culinary employees to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.+ Directs daily operations of retail and patient culinary services at units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.+ Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.**What We Offer**Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
