Heavy Equipment Operator

Skillit is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for full-time positions across the country. These are direct-hire opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $26 to $52 per hour depending on experience and location.

What You'll Do:

• Operate heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, graders, and loaders
• Perform site preparation, grading, and excavation work
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
• Work collaboratively with construction crews and project managers

What We're Looking For:

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans preferred
