What You Can Expect

• You will coordinate performance and social first campaigns and measures for our customer dm-drogerie markt from the concept to production and delivery
• As a direct contact person, you will penetrate the projects in content, have a good sense for social and expertise for performance, and competently advise our customer
• You will be responsible for the operational project management and create briefings, project plans, timings, cost calculations, and offers independently
• The sovereign preparation and leading of status, kick-off, and review meetings internally and externally are part of your daily business
• You will conduct regular customer presentations and workshops and actively and value-addingly participate in them
• You will independently plan and manage resources as well as budgets and reliably complete the projects ensuring quality and timing
• You will be part of an interdisciplinary project team (design, creative concept, content creator, customer) your common mission is to successfully bring your projects to the finish line
• You will be the interface of external stakeholders (partner agencies, etc.) and work closely with them

What You Bring

• A completed economics or communications science degree or a comparable education
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in an agency environment or a comparable working environment and position
• You bring market, customer, and brand understanding and have experience in leading performance and social first projects and campaigns
• You have experience in organizing smart and efficient performance and social shoots
• Economic understanding, initiative, as well as solution-oriented thinking and action make you stand out
• You have a structured and self-responsible working method
• Even with a high number of parallel running projects, you keep an overview and manage them confidently
• You are open to new technologies and AI you use tools not as a gimmick but as smart support for your daily tasks
• You are a team player and have communication skills in exchange with colleagues and customers
• Fluent German skills are required, good English skills are an advantage
