Job Overview

You will become the face and voice of Acadiana Comfort, supporting local homeowners with responsive communication and solutions-focused service. The position also includes bonus opportunities tied to bookings, outbound win-back activity, and cold-call performance, with bonuses paid monthly.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Field inbound calls and deliver helpful, confident customer solutions while representing the company professionally.
  • Route the best technician for the customer's issue based on urgency, scope, and schedule availability.
  • Perform outbound calls to help keep the service schedule at least 80% full so technicians have consistent opportunities.
  • Re-engage past customers through win-back lists and generate new opportunities through cold-call lists.
  • Maintain a positive attitude throughout the day and actively look for ways to convert conversations into booked appointments.
  • Support a smooth customer experience through clear communication, accurate scheduling, and follow-through.
  • Participate in customer service training provided through leading firms in the United States as part of ongoing development.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in customer service, call center support, inside sales, dispatch, scheduling, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and positively.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calling activity in a performance-driven environment.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple conversations and scheduling priorities.
  • Motivated by goals, bonuses, and daily opportunities to create value for customers and the team.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in HVAC, home services, plumbing, electrical, or a similar service-based industry.
  • Prior success with appointment setting, technician dispatch, or outbound reactivation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling software, or call tracking platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay upbeat, resilient, and opportunity-focused in a fast-paced environment.
