Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an InventorySpecialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you'll playa crucial role in managing our inventory processes to ensure accuracy andefficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the physicalprocessing of all inventories, including receiving, stocking, transferring,organizing, counting, research and detailed discrepancy reporting.

• Operational Efficiency: Retrieve necessary stockto expedite orders efficiently, addressing any issues promptly to minimizedelays.

• Quality Assurance: Investigate Block List& Hold List occurrences, collaborating with warehouse personnel to resolveissues promptly and maintain smooth operations.

• Accuracy Maintenance: Ensure accuracy ininventory counts through diligent digital and physical counting processes.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and identifyroot causes of inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures tomaintain inventory integrity.

• Returned Merchandise Management: Inspectreturned merchandise, facilitating appropriate processing and disposition.

• Transaction Management: Handle processing andposting receiving transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Logistics Coordination: Facilitate outgoingfreight shipments as necessary, ensuring timely processing and delivery.

• Database Management: Update databases withincoming and outgoing product information across multiple warehouses tomaintain accurate records.

• Shipping and Receiving: Safely unload andreceive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inventory experience.

• Intermediate computer proficiency.

• Physical Capability: Lift and move objects10-50lbs, team lift objects over 100lbs; stand for extended periods of time;climb ladders.

• Skilled in operating warehouse equipment likehand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.

• Strong communication skills, both written andverbal.

• Attentive to detail for detecting inventorydiscrepancies and defective products.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
