Job Title: Operations Support Supervisor / Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: Business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some overtime required

Job Overview

This role will serve as the main point of contact for logistics operations, coordinating transportation activities and supervising incoming and outgoing shop materials. This is a newly created position for a new facility and is not a backfill role.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation and logistics operations

• Supervise shop inventory movement (incoming/outgoing)
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
• Provide operational and technical support as needed
• Assist with tracking and reporting KPIs
• Support internal processes and service delivery improvements
• Maintain safe and efficient shop operations

• Prior shop/warehouse/operations experience preferred
• Oil & gas experience not required
• Preference for candidates with operational/shop background over purely administrative experience
• Basic computer skills required (software is user-friendly)
• Forklift experience is a plus (onsite certification available)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• NEST training in Kellyville required before assignment start
• No mandatory certifications required
