We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner for a key client of ours in the Lafayette / Broussard area. As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with departmental managers on key HR initiatives such as Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, have some knowledge of HRIS, etc.

Very strong and well represented client in the area that is GROWING and has amazing leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

PHR / SHRM a big plus

HR Generalist experience in Oil and Gas; preferably offshore oil and gas related, Maritime, etc

6+ years experience
