Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexibility required as hours may need to be shifted)

Looking for a real deal warehouse gig in Broussard? We're hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerk pros who can haul, stack, scan, and ship - and still have energy left for Friday night. This isn't a suit-and-tie office job. This is hands-on, boots-on, get-it-done work with a crew that's got your back.

What You'll Do (the daily grind that keeps it moving)

• Assist with shipping and receiving coordination for OCTG, HDD, and Mud Motor products
• Prepare shipping paperwork, freight documentation, load tickets, and final shipping records
• Review sales orders to confirm shipping requirements and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with production and finishing departments to support on-time shipments
• Dispatch trucks and communicate shipment readiness to sales teams as needed
• Post shipments against work orders and distribute paperwork to appropriate departments
• Answer shipping department phone calls and assist walk-in visitors
• Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, and inventory records
• Provide backup support for receptionist duties when needed
• Assist with inventory and equipment audits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What You'll Need (no fluff, just the facts)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of shipping and receiving or logistics administrative experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Experience with D365 (Dynamics 365) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service approach
