Providing support to the Service Delivery Team by managing equipment orders, transfers, and transactions as well as other action items upon request. Attending weekly meetings with manufacturing to ensure order alignment. Creating and managing equipment related orders in SAP. Reviewing open order reports and take action on delayed items. Working with technical support functions in gathering technical information upon request. Maintaining good communication with external suppliers/vendors. Working together with Assembly Maintenance and Overall (AMO), Procurement, and Material Management team members on planning and scheduling for upcoming projects.
