Lead the proposal development process from initial planning to final submission. Manage the proposal development schedule to meet internal and external deadlines Lead strategic and collaborative conversations with pursuit teams about differentiators and competitor evaluation Coordinate with pursuit team members, divisional resources, and subconsultants as needed to gather and/or develop content. Design polished document layouts by creating custom templates and impactful graphics (callouts, matrices, infographics, etc.) using the Adobe Creative Suite. Thoughtfully write and edit high-impact custom content focused on differentiators, particularly in cover letters, executive summaries, firm information sections, resumes, and project descriptions. Ensure compliance with RFP/ RFQ requirements as well as Tetra Tech brand standards. Prepare visually engaging presentation decks in Microsoft PowerPoint by creating custom templates and dynamic graphics.
