You drive results.Here's what we're looking for.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction or engineeringStrong knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and AIA billingExperience with construction software (Sage, Procore, Foundations, Viewpoint) is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat You'll Be Doing:Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsTrack project costs and prepare monthly job cost reportsProcess subcontractor invoices, change orders, and progress billingsCollaborate with project managers on budget revisions and cost-to-complete estimatesSet up new projects in the accounting system (including billing terms and codes)Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding project paymentsPrepare and analyze project-specific financial statementsSupport monthly close process with variance analysisEnsure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and industry regulationsMaintain documentation for audits and contractual requirementsWhy This Opportunity?Because your career should move forward, not stand still.
