About This Role:
As a Server, you'll be the heart of our dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and seating them promptly
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Delivering orders with attention to detail and timing
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns professionally
- Managing multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude
- Supporting the bartending team and kitchen staff to keep service flowing smoothly
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
What We're Looking For:
You should have a genuine desire to help others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn. You'll need to be on your feet for extended periods and comfortable with a dynamic, collaborative workplace.
