The overall function of this position is to assist the Project Engineer in the activities of the Project Engineers office by leading a team of inspectors engaged in construction inspection, specializing in areas of responsibility in Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, Superpave Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, Structural Concrete operations, Sub-Surface Drainage Systems, and Embankment & Base Course testing and procedures.
