The Grocery Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Grocery Department to achieve sales, productivity, inventory, and customer service goals. This role leads department associates, ensures operational and merchandising excellence, controls costs, and delivers a high-quality shopping experience while complying with company policies and safety standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Department Leadership & Associate Development Lead, train, coach, and develop grocery associates to achieve performance and service expectations. Schedule labor effectively to meet operational needs while controlling department labor costs. Maintain accountability for attendance, productivity, safety, and policy compliance.
