Sinclair Digital Group is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Relationship Manager to oversee and retain a dedicated portfolio of digital clients post-sale. This role is responsible for managing accounts end-to-end from onboarding through renewal with a strong emphasis on client retention, campaign optimization, and long-term growth.
The Digital Relationship Manager operates with a high degree of independence, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor once a deal is closed. Success in this role requires proactive thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to anticipate client needs while delivering exceptional service and measurable results.
