• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Must have experience working in HR for a manufacturer
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws
• Experience xywuqvp auditing HR practices and advising on compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
