Werkstudent:In Im Bereich Accounting & Controlling

As a student in the accounting and controlling department, you will support our finance team in daily operations and analytical questions.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain comprehensive insights into accounting, monthly closings, and corporate control with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape processes.

The role is based in Stuttgart and is particularly suitable for master's students in economics, finance, or controlling who want to gain practical experience in a dynamic FinTech environment.

Accounting

• Support in ongoing financial accounting (receivables, payables, general ledger, banks)
• Assistance in the preparation and execution of monthly closings according to HGB
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and key figures for the management
• Support in the analysis and optimization of accounting processes
• Assistance with digitalization and automation topics in the finance area

Controlling

• Creation and preparation of monthly reports and KPIs
• Support in budget planning and forecasting
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and evaluations
• Support in the development of controlling tools and structures

Controlling

• Processing and organizing incoming and outgoing mail
• Digitization, assignment, and structured filing of documents
• Support in administrative and organizational topics in the finance area
• Contribution to the development of efficient processes in office and document management

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• First practical experience in the finance, accounting, or controlling area
• Interest in FinTechs and financial processes
• Affinity for data, tools, and automation
