Monarch Investment is actively HIRING an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Acadian Point Apartments in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time and permanent role with a comprehensive benefits package and quarterly bonus structure. Residential HVAC experience preferred - Must have valid drivers license for this role, be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. PAY: $17-19 an hour$100/week on-call bonus, up to $3,000 a year in quarterly bonuses and $500 a year in tool reimbursement.
