An established manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Manager in New Iberia, Louisiana.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Must have experience working in HR for a manufacturer
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws
- Experience auditing HR practices and advising on compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
