About the Company

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist III to provide day-to-day HR support in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with supervisors, managers, and employees across 24/7 operations. This role is well suited for an HR professional who is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable supporting employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and operational HR processes in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across assigned departments or crews.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, leave cases, and employment status changes.
  • Coach managers on employee issues and help resolve employee relations matters.
  • Partner with Benefits, Payroll, and other HR teams to ensure timely and equitable resolution of issues.
  • Support compensation evaluations, promotions, and department restructuring.
  • Prepare employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and policy updates.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, complete reporting, and support audits and compliance requests.
  • Help improve HR processes, systems, and team effectiveness.
  • Learn the business by actively engaging with operations and staying connected to employee sentiment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Employee relations experience.
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • HRIS experience, ideally with Oracle.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
